Associated with ToAction Film Festival, Corto Action Film Festival is an annual event focusing on international short films and screenplays. Its purpose is to show outstanding  films  and scripts from all over the world, recognize and support new filmmakers and writers and to enhance awareness and understanding of cinematography as art among diverse audiences.
